Bush Furniture to Reveal Largest Product Introduction in Company History at High Point

Jamestown , NY - Bush Industries will showcase its largest product introduction in the company's 48-year history at its 220 Elm showroom in High Point .

The company is launching two new office furniture brands of products designed to be highly durable and to increase the speed of installation. In fact, they are four times faster than typical RTA furniture, as verified by Edison Testing Labs.

"The new OfficeReadyT brand will be our 'best' commercial platform going forward," said Jim Schmidt II, VP of Marketing and Merchandising. "With this brand, we are aggressively targeting the $3.1B market of businesses with 1-99 employees. All products under this brand will have our durable Diamond Coat® for beautiful, long-lasting work surfaces. Diamond Coat has been verified by Edison Testing Labs to have superior scratch, abrasion and stain resistance over the leading competitors. The entire line can is UPSable and will ship to the consumer either partially or fully assembled. It is all backed by a limited lifetime warranty - the best we have to offer."

The OfficeReady Quantum Series is being unveiled at High Point . Its 32 SKUs, available in three finishes, can be easily adapted into administrative, professional or executive office solutions. It features two hutch heights that offer the options of either collaboration or privacy. In addition, personal storage space, combined with technology integration and a wire management system, have been included based upon Bush's extensive consumer research which identifies these features as highly desirable.

The second product platform and Bush brand being introduced at High Point is Office-In- An-HourT. The collection of the same name goes together quickly and easily to create a basic freestanding panel office solution. Consumers can choose either a straight workstation with panels or an L-workstation with panels. Storage components (File, Hutch, Paper/Pencil Storage) can be purchased with the desk and panels, or as a separate package.

"Office-In-An-Hour is getting a great reception as a simple, pre-packaged office solution for administrative workstations," said Schmidt. "When space is at a premium, we're offering a

5-1/2' x 5-1/2' footprint where the consumer can get an L- or straight workstation with panels and storage with the ease of ordering just one SKU. Within an hour the whole configuration can be set up and ready to go."

In addition to the new office product launch, Bush will also expand its line of entertainment products with three new collections.

The Expandable Wall Collection is a family of traditionally styled piers in varying widths. The consumer can enhance their pier choices with shelves, doors, pilasters and end caps. By choosing a keyboard/drawer kit or flat panel TV mount kit, the result is a beautiful wall that matches the home décor and positions both the home theater and home office together in the same room. The Verona Collection features an Audio Tower , a 42" flat panel Video Base, and a 60" flat panel Video Base, all finished in stitched Black Leatherette with Satin Silver accents. The 42" Video Base is also being shown in Auburn Leatherette with Brushed Bronze accents.
